Excellent starting bid! Most stamps sound. Some unused stamps may have no gum, or HR unless otherwise noted. Please examine the scans before bidding. Earlies from Latin America have often been forged, so please view all scans before bidding. These lots are as is.

SHIPPING HANDLING INFORMATION:
SH charges are combined for multiple lots (NO LIMIT). We base our shipping charges on a 2 ounce envelope, and additional handling charges are $1.50 (US) and $3.00 (International)
Insurance is offered on all lots to all locations.
For items shipped to a US address:
For items shipped within the US, insurance is optional but is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. If you elect not to add insurance, please note that we will not be responsible for lost or damaged items.
For items shipped to an international address:
International SH charges will include insurance coverage for the first $50. For purchases of lots totalling greater than $50 insurance will be REQUIRED at an additional cost. Please contact us before paying so that we may calculate the correct amount of inusrance.
