Bidding on 2475a, the second self adhesive test pane issued by the USPS. It was issued in a pane of 12 and has a plastic backing to make it thin and strong enough to be dispensed in ATM machines. Pane was issued without the pseudo perforations. It was sold only thru 22 automated teller machines of the First National Bank in Seattle for a 6 month test period. Scarce. It was replaced by a similar "F" stamp plastic pane for another test period in the same teller machines.
This pane was one of many tested in the 10 or so years before self adhesive stamps became in normal use.
