UN Plate Block 1987 Flags Japan MINT OG NH. Issued Sept. 18, 1987. Sheets have been stored in hard plastic sleeves since being shipped to the collector. All are mint never hinged and original glue.

BEFORE BIDDING - PLEASE NOTE the following definitions that are similar to Scott Catalogue definitions of stamp Quality.
Unused - Stamps that are uncirculated. NH OG MINT- Never Hung Original glue undamaged best quality. Stamp centering - see scan. DG to GR -variety of glue damage. HR or HM or LH -variety of hanger marks. Used - stamp that has any trace of circulation. Quality will vary.
For other items (envelopes, papers, etc) MINT is used to designate a clean, undamaged item without yellowing.
SHIPPING RATES and DISCOUNTS
Domestic(under 3 ounces); $1.00 for the first item and 50 cents per additional item. Maximum shipping charges. 2-5 items $1.50 6+ items $2.50.
International;(under 1 ounce); $1.50 for the first item and 50 cents per additional item. Maximum shipping charges. 2-5 items $2.00 6+ items 3.00. Shipping for over 1 ounce will vary.
For Domestic purchases over $10 and International purchases over $15.00, shipping is free.(Billed on the same invoice not including SH costs.)
Shipping is by first class mail. Insurance will be added at buyer's expense when requested.
Payment is expected within seven days of receiving the invoice unless other arrangements are made with the seller. We will accept Paypal, MoneyBookers or money order for payment until the EBAY changes take effect. We do not accept personal checks.
We will ship the item after payment is received and then give you feedback. You will be sent an Email when your order is shipped.
