Here is an item lots of collections lack- any Federal Duck Hunting stamps! This one was issued in 1960, RW27, the black $3 Redheaded Ducks. This copy has Fine centering, with great color. This one has a low, neat signature that leaves the design pretty much unobscured. I noted only a pulled perf, but still just a good stamp here! 2006 Scott Catalog value is 10.50 for used!
