I apologize for the following, BUT, because of a recent increase in buyers saying that the stamps I mailed to them did NOT arrive (and I have refunded their money, or replaced with same item- without question) - UNLESS you have been a previous buyer, I will ONLY ship stamps by REGISTERED MAIL to buyers at a mailing cost of $7.50. If you have been a previous buyer and have received stamps safely, I will ship regular mail at $3.25. Again, I apologize for the few bad buyers that caused this, but I can no longer absorb the costs.
I am a fair and honest trader- look at my feedback on Ebay I expect buyers to be just as honest and courteous as fellow collectors should be!
